Welcome to the Bega-Imlay District Women's Bowling Assoc.

Our District takes in the NSW far south regions of the Bega Valley and the Sapphire Coast.

Member clubs are Bega, Bombala, Candelo-Kameruka, Eden, Merimbula-Imlay, Tathra Beach and Tura Beach.

With the Districts of the Far South Coast and the Snowy Mountains, we form Region 9 of Women's Bowls NSW. 


Both Grades were very pleased to be presented with their respective Pennants on their home greens on 5 May, 2018.

Tura Beach will be presented with their Grade 3 Pennant on Tuesday 8 May.

They will represent the District in the Region 9 Pennant Play-offs in Cooma on 14-16 May.

and ... Merimbula-Imlay Win the Mixed Pairs

The District's Mixed Pairs Championship was played under evening lights at the Merimbula-Imlay WBC on 3 and 4 May.

Congratulations to Kerrie Burns from Merimbula-Imlay and Phil Burns from Tathra Beach, who won the event.

Runners-up were Heather and Rod Linguey also from Merimbula-Imlay.

The Mixed Pairs Regional Play-Offs will be held in our District on Sunday 3 June.

Good bowling to all our representatives at these Play-Offs. 

Emma Pettit is 2018 District Singles Champion

In a decisive game, Emma Pettit (right) from Merimbula-Imlay has taken out the District Singles Championship against fellow club member Win Cameron (left).

The game was played in perfect weather at Bega WBC on Tuesday 24 April.

Emma will contest the Regional Singles Play-offs in early June.

 Win and Emma share a moment with District President, Judy Malone.
